Are your toll-free 800 number rates competitive?
Our rates, using a Bulk-Minute Plan, are as low as 4.5 cents per minute, which is very competitive. Our standard, non-Bulk-Minute Plan rate, is 6.9 cents per minute, which is much lower than most telephone companies offer for their toll-free number service.

Does your service require a contractual agreement for any particular period of time?
No. Our service is provided on a month-to-month basis, with a 30-day money-back guartantee.

How does your 30-day money-back guarantee work?
You can cancel for any reason within the first 30-days and we will refund your money. The only thing you would pay for is any call usage you had while you used the service.

Do you charge for technical support?
No. Technical support is absolutely FREE for as long as you use the service. We have a fully staffed Technical Support department that is available by calling our toll-free telephone number from 6 am to 6 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We can help you with any questions you may have about your system and how to set it up. We can help you customize the system to your specific needs. We can help you make scripts and recordings, using our voice talent services, for a nominal fee. Our systems are designed to offer the maximum flexibility to meet every customer's needs.

How long of a message can a caller leave in a Voice Mailbox?
Each mailbox can take messages up to 2-minutes in length, which is normally more than enough time to leave a detailed message. If more time is required, this limitation can be removed upon request.

How many messages can I receive in a Voice Mailbox?
There is no limit. You never have to worry about your mailbox filling up and callers not being able to leave a message. Messages can also be retrieved from the Trash, after you have deleted them, for a period of 3-days.

How long can I make my recordings?
As long as you wish. There is no limit to the recording length for the Initital Greeting & Main System Menu, the Personal Greeting on any Voice Mailbox or the recordings in any Voice-On-Demand recording extension. The longest recording we currently have for any customer is about one hour.

How many fax documents can I store for caller retrieval?
There is no limit, so long as you have the Voice-On-Demand and Fax-On-Demand features. You can store a fax document with the Initial Greeting & Main System Menu recording, as well as with each of your Voice-On-Demand recording extensions. And, there is no limit to the number of Voice-On-Demand recording extensions.

Is there a limit to the number of pages in a fax document that I store in my system?
No. Any fax document you store in your system can have as many pages as you wish. Remember, however, it takes approximately one minute to transmit each fax page and you pay 6.9¢ per minute for call usage when an out going fax is being transmitted. If you have a Bulk-Minute Plan, that rate can be as low as 4.5¢ per minute.

Can I store different outgoing faxes with different recordings within the same system?
Yes, with the Voice-On-Demand feature you can have a separate fax document stored with each recording, and there is no limit to the number of V-O-D recordings.

How many telephone numbers can I have my system attempt to reach me at with the Follow-Me Call Forwarding feature?
As many as you wish; there is no limit. You can even set the time of day and the days of the week you want each number to be active. Your system will only try each number on the days and times specified.

Can I transfer a toll-free number I already have to your service?
Yes. There is a one-time $30 fee to handle this transfer. We fax you a form to auhorized the transfer and to provide the name of the carrier that has your existing toll-free number. We take care of everything else. The transfer can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks, depending on how fast your present toll-free number carrier acts on our requst for transfer. In the meantime, we will typically provide you with one of our toll-free numbers, so you can immediately begin setting up your system. As soon as your existing toll-free number transfers, we point it to your system and you can keep both numbers.

How many inbound calls can my system handle?
The system is digital, so it can actually take hundreds of calls simultaneously. This means, if you are using your toll-free number in advertising that can produce a large call volume, you never have to worry about any caller gettng a busy signal.

Can my associates duplicate my recordings and fax documents in their own system?
Yes, we can automatically duplicate your entire system to another toll-free number on a separate system or systems using our service. This allows for effective duplicaton among distributors who are marketing a common program. We can even personalized each fax document with different contact information for each system and load those personalized faxes onto each system for you.

Why do you require a $25 system activation fee?
There is a cost involved in setting up a new customer and an account within our computer system for automatic billing. This activation fee covers that cost.

What does it cost to get started?
The initial order for each system requires a payment of the 1st and last month's system rental fee, plus a one-time $25 system activation fee. When paying check, an addtional $75 deposit is required, because of the longer turn around time to process and clear checks.

For the FreedomLITE system, the initial cost is $44.90 when paying by credit card, with an additonal $75 required, if paying by check.

For the FreedomPRO system, the initial cost is $64.90, when paying by credit card, with an additional $75 required, if paying by check.

For the FreedomXTREME system, the initial cost is $84.90, when paying by credit card, with an additonal $75 required, if paying by check.

If you order a system with a Bulk-Minute Plan, you only pay the 1st month's system rental and the 1st month's Bulk-Minute Plan amount, plus a one-time $25 system activation fee. When paying check, an additional $75 deposit is required, because of the longer turn around time to process and clear checks.

Can I start with one system and change to another at a later time?
Yes. No problem. You can even add or change to a Bulk-Minute Plan or add other features to your system at any time.

If I order a Bulk-Minute Plan, do the unused minutes carry over from month-to-month?
No. Any unused minutes do not carry over. Each month starts with a new amount of minutes, based on your plan. You can, however, upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime. Changes take effect the following month.

What am I charged if I use more minutes in a month than are in my Bulk-Minute Plan?
You are charged at our standard 6.9¢ per minute rates for any excess minutes used in any month.

Can I have calls from Canada charged to my Bulk-Minute Plan?
You can receive calls from Canada on your toll-free number, but they are not charged to your Bulk-Minute Plan. When you have a Bulk-Minute Plan, you are charged at our standard 6.9¢ per minute rates for any calls that do not originate in the U.S.

Do I get any credit for referring new customers to you?
Yes. If you are a current customer, you receive one-month's system rental credit for each new customer you refer to us.

Can I get a Vanity Number that spells out something or has special specific numbers?
Yes. There is a place on our online order form for you to request a specific Vanity Number. There is a one-time $30 charge, but this is not charged, until we get the number you want.

Can I get a true "800" number?
Yes. There is a one-time $15 charge to procure a true "800" number. All of our standard toll-free numbers are either 888, 877 or 866, which are provided at no extra charge.

Can you help me with scripts and provide voice talent to do my recordings, as well as help in creating my fax documents?
Yes, we work with professional copywriters who can assist you in creating a powerful outgoing presentation, as well as professional looking fax documents. We also have voice talent that can make your recordings for you. The costs associated with these additonal services are quoted on an individual basis, but are normally quite reasonable.
